The School Board of the City of Hampton, also referred to as Hampton City Schools or HCS, is seeking bids from qualified bidders to install and/or replace digital marquees, brick monuments, and signage within the school district of Hampton, VA on an on-call as-needed basis. The awarded Bidder shall remove and discard existing marquees, brick monuments, and/or signage, and in turn replace with new marquees, brick monuments, and/or signage. The awarded Bidder shall be responsible to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and any incidentals necessary to build, install, replace, construct, and repair marquees, digital marquees, brick monuments, and signage. The awarded bidder will be responsible for all required permits and inspections that pertain to the installation of the signage, marquee, and/or brick monument. MBE goal 4.34%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
