This includes all electrical, plumbing, and structural work associated with the mechanical systems. The project also includes some replacement, patching and repair work of walls, ceilings, and floor finishes where demolition was required for equipment and pipe replacement throughout the existing building. The project is located at Carrollton Elementary School, 14440 New Towne Haven Ln, Carrollton, Virginia 23314. Bonds required.
