The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain bids for Exterminating Services for the City of Lynchburg (City) and Lynchburg City Schools (LCS). Two contracts will be administered as a result of this solicitation. One for the City of Lynchburg (City) and one for Lynchburg City School Board, doing business as Lynchburg City Schools (LCS), a school division of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and tools necessary for rodent and pest control and exterminating services for the City of Lynchburg. The contractor shall be duly licensed by the State and Local Health Authorities and shall strictly conform to all Federal, State, Local, and OSHA requirements and all exiting E.P.A. labeling and the use requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide.
