The project will consist of the following work: ▪ Demolition of existing volleyball court, silo and concrete, gravel entrance, and appurtenances; ▪ Rough grade the entire site – rough grade is defined as 6 inches below finished grade with turf establishment; ▪ Grading and drainage improvements; ▪ Erosion and sediment control; ▪ Stormwater pond; ▪ Construction of new access road and parking area using gravel subbase without the asphalt base and surface course; ▪ Utilities including waterlines, sanitary sewer piping, sanitary force main, storm sewer piping, electrical conduit; and ▪ Incidental related work.
