The City of Portsmouth will receive sealed Bids for the Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection contract. The Work under this Project consists of the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity of the cleaning and/or CCTV inspection of various sizes of sanitary sewer pipes including materials, equipment, and labor and all other incidental items, throughout the City of Portsmouth. The numerous bid items shall include all incidentals, including, but not be limited to, traffic control and the proper and legal disposal of all removed debris. Please note Section 109 for list of additional incidental items to be included in bid items. This is NOT a requirements contract. The city is only required to pay for contractor’s service, material, labor, supplies and equipment when the contractor renders such services (defined below) upon City’s request. MBE goal 9%. Bonds required.
