The City of Portsmouth will receive sealed Bids for the DAC Center - CTE Expansion. The Work under this Project consists of the renovation of the existing 31,500 SF one story facility and will provide classroom and laboratory teaching environments for the building trades and health care. The facility will also include a new administration office suite, clinic and required support spaces. The work also includes a new separate 6,200 SF pre-engineered metal building for automotive and welding laboratories. MBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
