Description: Mill asphalt pavement, rubblize existing concrete pavement and place 6-in. asphalt mixture over compacted rubblized concrete material on Frederick Boulevard from Airline Boulevard to just before CSX railroad. Full depth pavement removal and replacement with an 8-in asphalt mixture at signalized intersections. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
