The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform emergency traffic signal structure repairs and /or replacement on an on call as-needed basis for traffic signals structures that have been damaged and need to be removed, disposed and replaced with materials provided by VDOT within the VDOT Richmond District work area. This area includes the counties of Amelia, Brunswick, Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, New Kent, Nottoway, Powhatan, and Prince George. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
