The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the renovation and new garage for Salem Fire Station #2, located at 415 S Electric Road, Salem, VA, in accordance with Invitation to Bid (ITB) # 2025-013. Station Renovation: The proposed work area under this permit includes renovation of the existing main level bathroom, update of building finishes, and renovations to mezzanine level living spaces. This proposed project consists of the renovation of an existing two (2) story commercial building and comprehensive site development. General description of the Garage building: This proposed project consists of a new one (1) story commercial building and comprehensive site development. Bonds required.
