The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as “VDOT”, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide qualified firms to provide district-wide painting services for facilities located within the Salem District, which is comprised of the counties of Bedford, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, Carroll, Floyd, Henry, Patrick, Franklin, Botetourt, Craig, Roanoke and selected areas within the cities of Salem and Roanoke during the contract period in accordance with the specifications contained herein. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
