The County of Spotsylvania, Virginia (“County”), invites written proposals from qualified, licensed, and/or registered firms, having experience in providing firework displays, to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide an annual firework display for the County’s Annual Stars & Stripes Spectacular. As an option, other County departments may utilize this contract for similar displays during the contract period at a time and location acceptable to both parties. Pricing for each display, other than the Stars & Stripes Spectacular, will be negotiated based on pricing submitted in the Offeror’s proposal. The 2025 Stars & Stripes Spectacular event will take place on June 28, 2025.
