The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select one (1) contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and transportation required to provide landscaping services on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Works Roadways Division. Work shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. The Contractor must furnish all labor, material, equipment and other services necessary for the complete maintenance of all the landscaped areas per contract.
