Contractor shall provide all materials, tools and lifting equipment necessary to safely remodel the RW 487 decontamination shower. Work shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Remove and dispose existing tile. 2. Remove and dispose existing showerhead. 3. Remove and dispose existing ceiling tile. 4. Remove and dispose of existing bench. 5. Provide and install new shower tile. 6. Provide and install new showerhead. 7. Provide and install new ceiling tile. 8. Provide and install new stainless-steel bench. 9. Clean-up work area daily. 10. Properly dispose of all materials. Dispose of the material per applicable Washington State and Benton County regulations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
