Several of the safety related plant systems require underwater cleaning, de-sludging and mechanical Work as well as inspections to ensure continued and efficient operation of the plant systems. Contractor shall provide ANSI N45.2.6, Level II or Level III diver(s) to perform the primary containment wet well protective coating inspection below water level. The coating is classified as Service Level 1. A Level III Inspection Team Leader is required per Energy Northwest’s procedure PPM 8.3.3 Suppression Chamber Protective Coatings Inspection (available upon request). The inspection shall follow the requirements of Energy Northwest’s procedures PPM 8.3.3 and of SWP-SPS-03 Service Level 1 Protective Coatings Program (available upon request) as applicable. The inspections of protective coatings (both above and below water level) shall be performed in accordance with ANSI N45.2.6 requirements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
