Work includes the construction of bridges, approaches and associated site improvements at two locations: one in Wenatchee over BNSF Railway (West Bridge) and one in East Wenatchee over SR28 (East Bridge) The west bridge will consist of a concrete ramp to Hale Park and to the existing W.T. Clark Pipeline Bridge. A 116’ prefabricated steel truss over BNSF rail will connect to a concrete helical ramp to South Columbia St and Bridge St. A secondary elevated, pier-supported access ramp will spur off the north side of the new west b ridge, terminating along the west side of Hale Skatepark. The East Bridge will consist of a pavement and concrete ramp on the Columbia SE River side of SR28, and two 177’ prefabricated steel trusses over SR28, landing into the 9th St Park Plaza. DBE goal 13%; 1600 hour training goal. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
