General Contract consisting of fire sprinkler system repairs. Any contractor performing work on this project is required to hold an active and relevant NICET certification in the State of Washington. Repairs are a result of deficiencies from annual fire sprinkler inspections. Work includes, but is not limited to: dry and wet sprinkler head repair/replacement, UL testing, hydrostatic testing, backflow testing, calibrating gauges, FDC system repair, sprinkler piping repair. Work must take place during non-attendance times. This includes evenings, weekends, winter break, or other agreed upon times.
