Work includes: • Include demo, haul-off, and replacing of the existing siding from the ground up to the soffit level. Siding to be new Hardi-Lap w/ 7" exposure with a pre-painted factory finish of "Light Mist Grey"; Trim and Fascia/Rake, & gutter Sub-Fascia to be "Night Gray". • The front entry tower to remain unchanged unless existing siding is found to be rotten, then a change-order will be assessed. • Include demo and replacement of the existing gutters w/ new 6K gutters and downspouts. Factory color to be "Dark Gray". Note: Owner requires "seamless" continuous gutter runs along the north and south sides of the building. • Include demo and replacement of the existing windows from the outside only. Factory color to be "White". Include any drywall repairs to the interior if damaged by the demo of existing windows. • All soffits to remain unchanged unless found to be rotten. • Provide your own portable toilet. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
