ESD112 seeks a qualified contractor to install Kitchen Exhaust Hoods at two of our Early Care and Education Centers: • Hough ECE Located at 1801 Esther St, Vancouver, WA 98660 • Park Crest ECE Located at 712 SE Park Crest Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683. Work to include: • Include any required demo and hauling off of debris. • Include stainless steel sheet metal hoods & backsplashes as required. • Include City of Vancouver Approved Hood Integrated Fire Suppression System. • Include exhaust through-the-roof system w/ integrated grease trap. • Include all required plumbing & natural gas work/shut-offs related to this system. • Include all roof work & materials related to this system. • Include all required suspended ceiling work and materials. • Include all City of Vancouver permits and fees. • These are active centers so work is to be started and completed within the required school-break timelines of 2 weeks (10 working days). Timelines to be worked out and scheduled. • All electrical work will be completed by owner's electrical contractor. • Site visit is required to bid on this job. Prevailing wages.
