This agreement will be for approximately twelve (12) months in duration with the option for the City of Dayton to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the following project. The contract will be a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee agreement. The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of providing bidding assistance and construction engineering services for the South 4th Street Overlay. Design and construction funding approval of the project were previously completed. The proposed improvements include the construction of an asphalt grind and overlay on South 4th Street from Main Street to Rocky Road Lane (southern city limits). Work also includes sidewalk and ADA replacements from Mustard Street to McCall Street.
