Scope includes: Improvements are required to increase the stability of Priest Rapids Dam spillway. The Scope for remediation includes installing 38 post-tensioned anchors through the concrete ogee sections of multiple spillway monoliths, into the underlying bedrock foundation. Logistical support for access will include Contractor design and installation of working platforms, crane and barge support, and providing temporary traffic control. Designation as pre-qualified Contractor is required for Contractors to be eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor on the proposed Priest Rapids Spillway Stability Improvement Project. This Contractor Pre-qualification is to prequalify applicants as Prime/General Contractors or Joint Ventures experienced in the business of installing post-tensioned rock anchors for dams.
