Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals in accordance with the Plans and these specifications to complete the Work for all bid items enumerated in Section 01025 (Measurement and Payment) of the Project Manual. This project includes bid alternates for Bid Item Nos. 16 and 17. Contractor shall comply to all administrative and procedural requirements for bid alternates as specified in Section 01030 (Alternates) of the Project Manual.
