This solicitation is issued to procure construction services to install one ductless split unit system located at Bldg. 82. The Contractor shall provide labor, material, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements of work: Install one (1) new 4 ton ductless split units system with 4 indoor units, install new air diffusers. The new ductless systems will supply conditioned air to the NCIS area of Bldg. 82. Remove two (2) existing portable air conditioners and return the windows to functional condition. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
