The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide General Engineering Services for the SR160/Southworth Terminal – Terminal Building and Trestle Replacement Program. One (1) agreement may be awarded. The Southworth Ferry Terminal Program, which is planned to preserve and improve the agencies’ operation at Southworth Ferry Terminal, consists of the following two projects: 1. Terminal Building, including the improvements to the upland holding and Kitsap Transit (KT) bus drop off/pick up, and 2. Trestle Replacement – Replace the existing trestle to meet current seismic, safety, and operational needs. 13% DBE goal. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
