The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide snow removal services for State Parks’ Winter Recreation Program at the Franklin Falls Sno-Park, for three (3) parking lots with approximately one hundred (100) total parking spaces, located 2.5 miles up Forest Road 58 from I-90 Exit 47. (Franklin Falls will be replacing the existing Asahel Curtis Sno-Park). The successful proponent will be awarded a five-year contract to provide winter maintenance services as explained in the scope of work for five winter seasons (typically December 1 through March 31), beginning December 1 and ending April 30. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
