The Project consists of the replacement of mechanical systems for the Gold Housing Unit. Equipment replaced consists of two vertical fan coil units, three outdoor heat pump units, and one DX refrigerant coil in the existing heat recovery unit (HR-1) which will remain. The scope of work includes modifications of existing ductwork, refrigerant piping between the fan coil units, heat recovery units and the outdoor heat pumps, and modifications to the existing electrical to support the replacement HVAC equipment. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
