The building construction includes cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railing, rough carpentry, sheathing, glued-laminated construction, building insulation, air barriers, metal roof and wall systems, sheet metal flashing and trim, fire stopping systems, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, interior wood doors, overhead coiling doors, overhead section doors, aluminum storefronts and entrances, fiberglass windows, door hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, tiling, suspended ceiling systems, resilient base and flooring, carpet tiling, painting, building specialties, residential appliances, food service equipment, blinds, casework, countertops, HVAC and plumbing systems, electrical power, lighting, and communication systems as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein. c. The site construction includes site clearing, water, gas, electric, grading, drainage control, site excavation and backfilling, concrete paving, and other site improvements Bonds required.
