The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for Pierce County to secure the services of a qualified general contractor with expertise of all phases of construction to perform a variety of facility modification projects, repairs and other construction projects in court facilities, general office buildings, and correctional facilities throughout Pierce County. The General Construction Services include, but are not limited to, carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors, windows, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry, etc. The Initial Contract Period of Performance will be One (1) Year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional year. Total contract time is Not to Exceed Two (2) Years. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
