This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting a consultant for Commissioning Services for the WSH-New Forensic Hospital: Commissioning project located at WSH in Lakewood, WA. This scope of work includes commissioning services only. DSHS is the process of constructing a new 350-Bed Forensic Hospital on the grounds of WSH. The design of the building was recently completed. Construction is anticipated to start in early 2025 and complete in 2028. Aspirational goals: 10% Minority Owned Business certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises 6%, Women Owned Business certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises 5% Veteran Owned Business certified by the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs 5% Washington Small Businesses self-identified in the Washington Electronic Business Solution Bonds required.
