For an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) basis contract. Two (2) consultants will be chosen and each consultant will receive a $300k contract for the POT and a $300k contract for the NWSA. The POT/NWSA anticipates the need for electrical and mechanical engineering services to further define the scope of improvement projects, develop a project implementation plan, prepare design documents, prepare cost estimates, prepare construction bid documents, and support construction activities for proposed projects. The work will include, but not be limited to, preliminary engineering, engineering, programming, sequencing, phasing, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance/quality control, design, specifications, and construction support.
