This project includes demolition and removal of materials and other work elements. This project will include three (3) work elements: 1) Demolition work at Mount Vernon City Hall in the Finance Department, which will require the removal and appropriate disposal of all framed glass, metal and finance employee desk space; and the installation of a temporary plywood framed enclosure. 2) Removal and disposal of remaining bookshelves, desks, partitions, carpet, tables, chairs, and any other designated items noted during the walkthrough of the "Old" City of Mount Vernon Library. 3) Demolition of three bathroom interiors, which will include the removal and disposal of all tile, urinals, sinks, and toilets. This project is funded by federal funds provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
