The intent and goal of the project will be to provide a functional front counter work space that provides a pleasant and professional appearance, including reinforced walls & doors, 3M shatter proof glass window treatment and a Dutch door. Must be able to fully integrate the front counter work space with the office remodel that will include Herman Miller work spaces. The project will include construction project manager oversight for the front desk installation and its interoperability with the furniture installation project to be performed by others. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
