The Swinomish Tribe’s Planning and Community Development Department and the Swinomish Utility Authority (Partners) are working collaboratively to develop a Water System Plan to support water system operations on the Reservation. Through this RFQ, the Department and the Authority are soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to develop a Water System Plan with a 10-year horizon. Interested firms should be aware that this is a US Department of Interior Bureau of Reclamations Water SMART planning project that is subject to federal rules.
