The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the Mukilteo Police Wellness Tenant Improvement Project. This project will provide a new approximately 692 square foot mezzanine as an improvement to existing office space in the City of Mukilteo Police Station. The Work includes adding limited super structure to interior condition space. There is no planned exterior work. Part of this Work also includes modifying in limited fashion the existing mechanical, electrical and communication systems to support the mezzanine space. New structure and finishes include and are not limited to: Exposed to view steel and laminated wood beams as well as exposed to view mechanical ductwork, T&G wood deck, prefab steel-pan stair with wood treads, guard and handrails, carpet and acoustic ceiling tile, new LED lighting Bonds required.
