Thurston County, Washington, Central Services Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified companies interested in providing Architectural / Engineering and Professional Consulting Services on an on-call basis. It is the County’s intent to establish individual on-call Contracts with approximately 6 to 10 companies for architectural / engineering and professional consulting services on an “as- needed” or on-call basis as budget allows. The County desires to have on-call Contracts with several companies to quickly obtain architectural / engineering and professional services for design, construction, and other project and program support functions related to public facilities. These Contracts are intended primarily to support the Central Services Department.
