Work includes ♦ Removal of eighteen (18) existing creosote timber piles (12 guide piles, 6 batter piles) ♦ Removal of one (1) concrete guide pile ♦ Removal of approximately nine thousand, two hundred and ten (9,210) square feet of a boathouse (timber docks, timber support structure, metal sheet panel roof) ♦ Removal of approximately one hundred and fifty (150) square feet of a concrete floating dock ♦ Installation of twelve (12) steel pipe piles as anchors for the new floating docks and to support the adjacent concrete main headwalk. ♦ Installation of new floating docks and associated utilities. Note that the fabrication of the floating docks will be completed by others Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
