The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (DOH) invites bids for the Warm Springs Avenue Traffic Signal, Rt 11 project in Berkeley County. Scope: Installing one new traffic signal, two mast arm poles, pole mounted cabinet, junction boxes, and conduit at the existing unsignalized intersection at Williamsport Pike (US 11) at Warm Springs Avenue (CR 11/24) near Martinsburg. The area of disturbance will be very minimal with only a few square feet per intersection of disturbance anticipated for the installation of the signal pole foundations, pole mounted cabinet, junction boxes, and conduit. All disturbed areas will be stabilized with seed, mulch, stone, or concrete. All work will be within the existing right of way. DBE goal 6%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
