The work under this contract shall consist of removal of the existing STH 122 structure over Alder Creek, construction of a new concrete slab span bridge and concrete approach slabs, removal and replacement of pipe culverts, pulverizing of existing pavement, placement of new pipe culverts, HMA paving and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. DBE 3%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
